Our service time depends on your event needs. We offer flexible packages ranging from short activations to full-day service.
Yes, we can operate both indoors and outdoors as long as there is suitable access, space, and venue approval if required.
Yes, we offer optional catering including pastries, mini sandwiches, sweet treats, and light event food options.
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event are eligible for a full refund (minus any custom branding costs). Cancellations within 7 days may incur a fee. We’ll provide full terms at booking.
