Whether you're hosting a conference, exhibition, corporate event, wedding or private function, Ti Amo Coffee offers premium mobile coffee cart services across Australia.
• Standard Package — $550-650 for up to 2 hours, serving ~50–80 cups, 1 barista, classic coffee bar, includes milk alternatives
• Half-Day Package — $750–850 for up to 4 hours, serving ~150–200 cups, 1–2 baristas, classic coffee bar, includes milk alternatives
• Full-Day Package — $1,300–1,600 for up to 8 hours, 1–2 baristas, classic coffee bar, includes milk alternatives, ideal for construction sites/corporate offices
• Add-ons — Matcha +$50, Pastries +$3–4/serve, Custom branding/signage +$100–150
Additional service hours:
- $50 per hour (includes 1 staff member)
- $100 per hour (includes 2 staff members)
Prices include GST. Please note that a 10% surcharge applies to weekend events and a 15% surcharge applies to public holiday events.

Yes, we offer optional catering including pastries, mini sandwiches, sweet treats, and light event food options.
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event are eligible for a full refund (minus any custom branding costs). Cancellations within 7 days may incur a fee. We’ll provide full terms at booking.

We use ethically sourced, specialty-grade beans, freshly roasted by trusted local roasters. Every cup is crafted by experienced baristas who know how to extract the perfect espresso using professional equipment, including the Wega coffee machine, ensuring consistency and quality at every event.
From rich espresso and creamy flat whites to lattes, chai, hot chocolate, and more — our menu is fully customisable to suit your guests and your event.
